3J40 Vibration-proof Wear-resistance Axle-centre Superelastic Alloy
3J40 is a kind of high hardness and high strength non magnetic corrosion resistant high elastic alloy.
3J40 is a precipitation hardening nickel-based alloy. It has good plasticity and is easy to be processed in solid solution state. After cold working at high strain rate and aging treatment, high mechanical and elastic properties are obtained. The alloy can also be strengthened after solid solution by aging treatment. 3J40 is a Ni-Cr-Al series alloy with a chromium content of 40% and excellent corrosion resistance.

Advantages
3J40 has high hardness, strength, elastic limit, energy storage ratio, fatigue strength, small elastic lag and aftereffect, non-magnetic, good wear resistance, shock resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and other characteristics. The alloy has excellent oxidation resistance. It has high corrosion resistance to many kinds of mediums, such as damp heat, smoke environment, acid and alkali.
Applications
3J40 is mainly used in bearings, shaft points used in aviation, navigation, antiaircraft artillery and other fields.
